Weighed down by a lifetime of trauma and the devastation of Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017, she found herself in a deep rut. Lia embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing, shedding physical weight and emotional burdens.
I embarked on a path of healing and self-discovery, shedding layers of trauma and redefining my existence. Today, I am a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, embodying the strength of my diverse ancestors.
Lia’s transformation was profound – losing 175 pounds, embracing therapy, meditation, and lifestyle changes, and setting off on a journey to discover her true self. This experience laid the foundation for her new executive coaching business, Harmony Works, aimed at empowering others through her story and insights.
